Hello everybody!
Recently i've composed a piece and called it Hato No Uta (鳩の歌)
It is played here on zentaku flute (http://zentaku.ru) which sounds much like kyotaku

Very cool Andrew.

What's the difference between zentaku and any other long jinashi flute?

There is no such a huge difference really.
Zentaku flutes are made by BAmbooway - our local Russian master.
So the question can be addressed to him. He is also a member of this forum :-)

That would be really nice. We need to get in contact with the people who are doing the Japanese music festival in Moscow. I have tried but without luck so far. It would be good if both you jinashi aficionados and the other group can be part of it together with ESS. Let's keep trying!

Ok, we split Russia into 4... there is enough land there anyway. Then we say 1/4 is European, 1/4 is Asian. 1/4 is American and 1/4 African. We can play poker about which part should be in which part of the world.... then we can make trade agreements after that... and of course shakuhachi agreements... Cool
