Should be fun! Lots of different stuff happening... and who is not in Norway on UN-day???
I am playing with Zotora (www.zotora.com), an amazing and brilliant didgeridoo player from Oslo. I met him years ago in New Zealand and re-met him on Facebook. Since then we have done several projects together and we will also begin to record together in Vigeland's mausoleum. For those unfamiliar with Vigeland's work, he is an extraordinary artist from Norway: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustav_Vigeland
He is most famous for his sculptures http://www.vigeland.museum.no/en/collection but the mausoleum, he built himself, is covered by wall paintings inside. There are no windows and it has a very particular acoustics.

Hi Kiku, I'll try to come.
I have course that night that I belive will be finished around 8pm.
Its near Stovner area, so I might be able to come.
Will be great to hear some shakuhachi music live again, I hear it to rarely.

If you have more time when you are in Norway, and would like to meet, I have paternal leave and is free and flexible most of the time.
I might have to bring the baby depending on what Hilde is doing. I take a lot of walks outdoors with stroller in the great fall weather.
Contact me on pm or email if you have time to meet.

PS: There were two Vigeland brothers, the place where you played (Tomba Emanuelle) was built by slightly less famous Emmanuel Vigeland http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emanuel_Vigeland.
Its a great place, and can be rented for smaller groups, I have done sufi dances, kirtan, meditation, chanting etc there over the years.

Jarle

Yes, it would be wonderful to meet up!
I will email you. Let's meet up after the concert Monday. But I will do a CD recording and some recording at the Vigeland mausoleum... but you are far from Drammen - aren't you? Anyway, I will send you an email.
